MES Solution Provider Participation Agreement

This Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which the undersigned MES Solution Provider (“Provider”) agrees to participate in The MES Buyers Guide (“Guide”), a publication prepared and published by Fulcrum New Zealand Limited (“Fulcrum”).

1. Purpose

The purpose of the Guide is to assist Manufacturers in evaluating Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions. The Guide will include comparative product information, case studies, technical specifications, implementation insights, and commentary on best practices.

2. Participation Requirements

By signing or confirming this Agreement, the Provider agrees to:

  • Complete Fulcrum’s MES Solution Provider survey.

  • Provide accurate and current product information, including:

    • Technical specifications

    • Integration capabilities (e.g. APIs, OPC-UA compatibility)

    • Hosting architecture (cloud/on-premise/hybrid)

    • Supported industries and use cases

    • Product interface screenshots

    • Names of example clients (with their approval).

  • Permit a recorded interview if required to clarify information with Fulcrum's research team.

  • Permit Fulcrum to use transcripts or paraphrased content from interviews and completed forms for the guide and editorial content.

3. Use and Publication of Information

Fulcrum will present the Provider’s information fairly and accurately. However:

  • Fulcrum retains editorial control over the content, structure, and tone of the Guide.

  • Providers will be given an opportunity for final approval prior to publication. Feedback and changes will be sort at this time to ensure accuracy. Feedback and changes may not be incorporated. Providers have the option to remove themselves from the publication at this stage prior to publication.

  • Direct quotes or identifiable paraphrased statements may be used from interviews, and will be attributed appropriately.

4. Confidentiality

Information clearly marked or explicitly identified by the Provider as confidential during interviews or correspondence will not be published. Fulcrum will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information but is not liable for disclosure resulting from unclear or omitted confidentiality requests.

5. No Endorsement

Inclusion in the Guide does not imply endorsement by Fulcrum. The Guide is an independent research and informational resource.

6. No Compensation

Participation is voluntary. Providers will not be charged for inclusion, nor will they receive payment or other compensation from Fulcrum.

7. Copyright and Use

All content produced for the Guide, including interview transcripts, comparative tables, and analysis, is the intellectual property of Fulcrum. Providers may reference or link to the published Guide but may not reproduce its content without written permission.
